It is hard to imagine such a quality facility so close to the Indianapolis area, in still such a rural setting. It is miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and yet close enough to make getting there a breeze. The campground is a truly beautiful property, striking the perfect balance of nature and modern amenities. Our facilities include various types and sizes of air-conditioned buildings — dining halls, dorms and a state of the art auditorium. With approximately 80 total acres, there is plenty of space to plan truly memorable events. 
 
Exclusive Camp Rental – $2,500 per day

This package includes the entire campground. That’s all property and buildings for just $2,500 per day — no maximum number of attendees!

Individual Building Rental Prices
Tailor your campground experience to your needs and desires by customizing your rental package.
 
  • All buildings are air conditioned
  • Full-time caretaker on the grounds to answer any questions
  • Paper products are furnished
  • Trash pick-up is the responsibility of the renting group (dumpsters are provided)
Auditorium – $1,500 per day
Our air-conditioned auditorium has a digital sound system with over $50,000 of state of the art equipment.

  • $1,500 per day with an additional $250 per day for sound and sound man if we provide sound system
  • We also offer light tech services, as well as tech team support and training
Gymnasium – $200-400 per day
In 2016 we completed our new gymnasium, adding 5 small sleeping rooms with full private bath for staff or a small leadership event.
 
  • This building can be made available upon request
  • 2 full size basketball courts or combination of one basketball and one volleyball court
  • 5 sleeping rooms
  • Nurses station
  • $200 per day or $400 per day if sleeping rooms are used
Staff Dorm – $250 per day
  • 8 sleeping rooms with 2 beds (may vary)
  • Each room sleeps 4 people
  • Small kitchenette
  • Private showers and rest rooms
  • Common lounge area with 1/2 bath
  • Tiled floors
  • $250 per day (two day minimum required)
Dining Hall – $300 per day
  • Commercial kitchen
  • Cooking utensils furnished
  • Tables and chairs for 500 people
  • Walk in cooler and freezer
Hospitality Center – $250 per day
  • Seats approximately 250
  • Padded chairs and tables available
  • Sound system and podium
  • Gas Fireplace

Admin Building – $100 per day
  • This building can be made available upon request
  • Conference room with board table for 11 people
  • Kitchenette
  • Seats 20 people with folding chairs
Girl’s Dorms – $200 per day
  • 3 girl’s dorms to choose from
  • 32 bunks in each dorm
  • Dorms are divided by the rest rooms and showers, stools and showers in each dorm
  • Maximum 64 each dorm
  • $200 per day for each dorm
Boy’s Dorms – $200 per day
  • 3 boy’s dorms to choose from
  • 32 bunks in each dorm
  • Dorms are divided by the rest rooms and showers, stools and showers in each dorm
